IF YOU ARE A DEALER YOU MUST SUBMIT YOUR SELLERS PERMIT NUMBER PRIOR TO BIDDING OR YOU WILL BE CHARGED TAX! Cash or credit card only. No merchandise will be removed until complete settlement is made. A 15% buyer's premium will be charged on all items. CHARGE: YOUR CREDIT CARD ON FILE WILL BE CHARGED IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE EDN OF THE AUCTION. SALES TAX: Local sales tax will be charged on every item sold. If you are tax exempt you must provide a copy of your tax exemption permit or resale number or you will be charged sales tax. REMOVAL & LOADING: All purchases must be paid for on the day of the auction! YOUR CARD WILL BE CHARGED. SHIPPING: We do not offer packing or shipping but we may be able to work with your shipper, you must ask us BEFORE the auction ends and before you bid if you will want your item shipped. If we turn items over to your shipper, they become your agent for the transaction and they must accept full responsibility for your items and accept these items in the condition presented. In some instances, where an item was described incorrectly or is unavailable for all to view, the item may be removed or moved during the auction. SOFT STAGGER CLOSE: This sale will go online with a soft stagger close that gives everyone a chance to bid. As each lot closes if there is a bid placed on an item within the final 60 seconds the time will extend for up to THREE minutes. Once the sale closes there will be immediate results! This auction will start to stagger close PST and follow dates and times in the auction. The items will start to soft close extending for 2 minutes each time there is a bid in the final 60 seconds. This is to discourage bid sniping. Moving Miss Daisy, helps seniors with their relocation efforts and also their heirs with the help of clearing out their remaining property. We have initiated this auction service in an effort to keep sales and pick-ups local which will help reduce the cost of producing estate sales and eliminate the drayage fees of sending items out of town to other auctions.
