Auction Terms & Conditions " All accepted bids made by the buyer are legally binding and may not be altered or retracted. " Buyer accepts that all winning bids will be automatically charged to the card on file with Hibid once the auction closes. " No refunds, credits or exchanges, no exceptions. All items sold As-is-where is with all faults. Please inspect all lots prior to bidding. " Buyer is SOLELY responsible for determining the condition, faults and proper nomenclature/identification of auction merchandise. " While descriptions are believed to be accurate, Orrill's Auction and the Auctioneer make no representation or warranty express or implied as to the merchantability, correctness, description, age, antiquity, appraised value or condition of the property to be sold at auction. All measurements are approximate. We have posted pieces in the belief they are authentic, we do not guarantee it, nor can we state that they are authentic. The winning bidder bidding on these lots agrees that by bidding they understand that these pieces are being sold as is where is, with no guarantees whether the pieces are authentic or not!!! These pieces are available for preview in person, or more pictures can be sent when requested. " No Credit Card Chargebacks. YOU agree that such YOU will not, under any circumstances, initiate a credit card chargeback with respect to any purchases at the Auction. YOU further agree that if, in violation of these Terms and Conditions, a credit card chargeback is initiated, these Bidder Terms and Conditions will be conclusive evidence of YOUR agreement not to initiate a credit card chargeback; and YOU acknowledge and agree that on the presentation of these Bidder Terms and Conditions to the bank, credit card company, or other financial institution that issued the credit card on which charges were made, such bank, credit card company, or other financial institution will reverse or deny any credit card chargeback, and will re-credit all amounts to or for the account of Auctioneer. Invoice needs to be paid within 24 hours of the auction. " Invoice $10,000 or over may require wire transfer or cash payment. " Shipping arrangements and/or pickups are solely the buyers responsibility. Shipping can be expensive please see our shipping and pick up terms. Shipper has to be identified within 48 hours and local pickup needs to be arranged within 48 hours. " I am aware and understand, I forfeit my purchases if I fail to pick up my items or arrange shipping for them by Thursday after the auction. A $10/day per item stoarge fee will be charged for items not picked up by Thursday after the auction. Items will be forfeited if not picked up by Monday and the storage fees will apply regardless if the bidder has picked up or not. Payment Terms
Online bidders will be charged automatically upon successful bids at the live auction. Payments made after auction day are subject to a 3% addition to the buyer's premium regardless of pay type, and must be made within 48 hours of auction day. If payment is not made within 48 hours of auction bidder forfeits all rights to the item and will be banned from bidding in future auctions. If buyer wishes to bid again he/she will need to pay a 25% restocking fee of any bids not paid for in prior auctions plus the $10 per day storage fee of all items won for the 4 days up to forfeiture. Bidder will only be allowed to bid in person. We reserve the right to refuse any bidder.

Shipping / Pick Up

If you plan on having someone else pick up your winning bids an Authorization for Property Pick-Up Form must be filled out prior to pick up. Please add it in the notes when you register to bid and a form will be emailed to you. If you would like to use the Orrill's Auction's third party shipper to ship items to you, please review the below shipping information and guidelines: " GPD Enterprise is a third party shipping company for Orrill's Auction. When registering for the auction, in the notes area, add that you wish to use GPD Enterprise to ship items won in the auction. " Once you have indicated in the notes area that you wish to use GPD Enterprise for shipping, a non-refundable $5 handling fee will be added to your invoice. " GPD Enterprise reserves the right to make the final decision regarding which items they choose to ship. As an example, they may choose not to ship framed pictures, expensive artwork or fragile china due to liability issues. If GPD Enterprise ultimately chooses not to ship selected items, then the Buyer must arrange shipping with an outside shipper. Or, GPD Enterprise might require Buyer pay a higher handling fee than quoted above. Please contact GPD Enterprise for a quote via their email address at gpdentshipping@outlook.com. " Glendale Shipping Center is a third party shipping company that Orrills Auction also uses. " Contact : info@glendaleshippingcenter.com or 818-369-7773 " A separate invoice will be sent to you for shipping charges once all your items are packaged and weighed. " All items will be shipped to the bidder's billing address. " Please allow 3 - 10 business days for processing. " Tracking information is sent via email from gpdentshipping@outlook.com. " Freight shipper and other shipper information: " Large furniture and other bulk items that require freight may need to be handled by an outside freight company. " If you are using an outside shipping or freight company, the Buyer is responsible for contacting and negotiating the details and shipping prices with the outside shipper. " Orrill's Auction will help facilitate with the shipper of your choice so long as payment is made to us prior to all deadlines and shipper picks up from Orrill's Auction. " Orrill's Auction will also provide your shipper of choice the measurements of the item(s) being shipped, however, please note that it is impossible for us to weigh large bulk items.
