Guarantee: Anything won over the amount of $22.50 and plugs into the wall is guaranteed. (There are outlets provided for that purpose). Everything else is "as is" and is yours. We are an auction not a retail store In other words, and as an example, we do not guarantee: car stereos; inflatables; battery operated items; children's toys; remote control items; hobby items; play sets; musical instruments; combinations to security locks; dents, scratches, blemishes, discolorations, chips, anything aesthetic; missing parts, accessories, broken parts (many times you are able to obtain these from the manufacturer! ) We will do our best to make sure and give the best service possible but please keep in mind we are an auction house not a retail store. Make sure to check the items before leaving otherwise all guarantees are void. ANYTHING WON FOR LESS THAN $22.50 IS YOURS, NO STORE CREDIT, NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS. Our ONLY guarantee is that items sold for more than $25 and can be plugged in will work. All items under $22.50 are strictly as is. While the items we sell are high quality, some may have wear and tear. All items including toys, remote control items, battery operated items, hobbyist items, play sets, musical instruments, furniture, appliances and etc., ARE AS IS CONDITION. Due to time constraints all furniture items sold still in boxes are not checked and not guaranteed. We do our best to document known or visible issues, but it is ultimately the responsibility of the bidder to use preview days and times prior to the auction/bidding to study the items of interest. We display the retail prices for the items to the best of our ability which is intended to be helpful but, we cannot be held accountable for any errors due to volatile pricing of market trends and price promotions. This auction will close at 7pm Monday PST with the lots closing every 5 seconds thereafter. The items will soft close extending for 1 minute each time there is a bid in the final 10 seconds.
