PICKUP LOCATION: The Discount Store 1025 N ADAMS ST DIXON, CA 95620 We do not have a forklift to load any pallets that are purchased from a winning auction (YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR TYING DOWN YOUR CARGO), if you are planning on breaking down the a pallet and loading in your vehicle you will be resposible for breaking down the pallet and loading, we do not have staffing to help at this point in time. If you need an extention on picking up your auction, please call us at 707-676-5051. Pick up hours: Tuesday 11AM - 6PM Wednesday 11AM - 6PM Thursday 11AM - 6PM Friday 11AM - 6PM Saturday 11AM - 6PM Sunday 11AM - 3PM All auction items MUST be picked up bu Sunday at 3PM or will be forfieted. Auction Opens Friday 04.26.24 at 5:00 PM PST and closes Monday 04.29.24 at 8:00 PM PST. ALL SALES ARE FINAL! NO REFUNDS There are absolutely NO refunds, returns, or exchanges. All items are sold AS IS. All sales are final. You are bidding on untested customer returns, we do not test or open boxes to see if all pieces are in the box. We pride ourselves on oustanding Customer Service and transparency, we promise to give a clear discription for each item or pallet to the best of our ability. Extended Auctions. In the event that any Auction bid is submitted within two (2) minutes of the scheduled end time of such Auction, there will be an extension to the end time of such Auction an additional two (2) minutes (an Extended Auction). Also there will be an extension to any Extended Auction for an additional two (2) minutes each time a bid is submitted within the final two (2) minutes of the applicable end time of such Extended Auction. 12% Buyer's Premuim and 7.38% Sales tax will be added to all sales. Total price will include bid price, buyer's premium (12%) and State Tax (7.38%) All items must be picked up within 5 days of auction end or your items will be forfeited, relisted and Sold. There will be NO Refunds for the items that are relisted and Sold. Buyer accepts responsibility for ensuring pick up in a timely manner. A $25.00 per item a day fee will also incur.
