Buyer is SOLELY responsible for determining the condition, faults and proper nomenclature/identification of auction merchandise. Shipping arrangements and/or pick-ups are solely the buyers responsibility.

Items may be picked up the Thursday, Friday and Saturday following the close of the auction Thursday and Friday from 12 noon - 6 pm, Saturdays 11 am - 4 pm. If needed, upon request we can arrange an additional pick-up date/time for you.

Any item not picked up after the 3rd day and without arrangements for alternate pick-up will be forfeited and you will lose all money paid.

I am aware and understand, I forfeit my purchases if I fail to pick up my items or arrange shipping for them in the previously allotted time frame.

Make sure to check the items before leaving otherwise all guarantees are void.
